  Take advantage of your opportunity to be recognized as a supporter of the CruiseMaine Coalition's first ever Cruise Symposium! Sponsorship opportunities are limited- so act quickly!
  If you decide to participate in a sponsorship, you must first notify Amy Powers at 207-310-0998 immediately, as opportunities are limited.
  The enclosed registration form, payment and your company logo's are to be forwarded to us no later than Wednesday, May 21, 2003.
  Logos are to be in jpeg or bitmap file format, and they can be emailed to Amy at aepowers@aol.com for inclusion into the print materials, slide show, banners and media information relevant to the type of sponsorship you choose.
  1. Lunch Co-Sponsorship Package- 15 Opportunities Available (there will be three-six person tables, with five sponsors at each table). $225.00 Sponsorship Amount

  • You will be seated with the speaker during the entire program,

To reserve your place seated next one of our distinguished speakers, you must notify Amy immediately. Payment, this form and your company logo must be submitted by Wednesday, May 21, 2003, so that you may enjoy all the benefits that go with being a sponsor. Lunch sponsorships are limited to 5 persons per table, there will be three tables. You will not be able to buy a sponsorship during registration. Sponsorship is by first come first served basis.
  2. Refreshment Breaks Co-Sponsorship Package- Opportunities listed below (there are going to be two refreshment breaks) $100.00 Co-Sponsorship Amount (2 sponsors for one break) OR $200.00 Sole Sponsorship Amount (sponsor entire break)

If you are displaying information at the show, please note that the conference room will be open at 7:00 a.m. and will remain open until 5:00 p.m. for your convenience. Due to space constrictions, information will be set-up will be by tourism region. Please indicate which region you will be displaying information with.
